I need to file quarterly taxes for federal and the state of Colorado. I am an LLC with an S Corp election. I do not have any employees. I am the only entity that brings in revenue. All of my revenue is generated via invoices that I send my clients. I have a few monthly expenses but not much. In short, I feel like my taxes are very SIMPLE compared to other small business owners. We have created a method to educate and deliver estate planning anywhere in the US.
