Hi. I'm looking for someone to TEACH me how to file my quarterly taxes. I would expect it to take 4-5 hourly training sessions. I am a database consultant. I live in Colorado. I need to file quarterly taxes for federal and the state of Colorado. I am an LLC with an S Corp election. I do not have any employees. I am the only entity that brings in revenue. All of my revenue is generated via invoices that I send my clients. I have a few monthly expenses but not much. In short, I feel like my taxes are very SIMPLE compared to other small business owners. What I'm looking for: 1. Someone that is willing to teach me (over a few hours) how to prepare and file my quarterly taxes. I'm not looking for someone to just take over that responsibility....I want to learn how to do it for myself 2. Someone that can help me determine a salary to pay myself as an employee. 3. Someone that can help me determine the tax rate I owe each quarter (i know it is a sliding scale...i feel like we could build a spreadsheet to easily spit out the numbers) 4. Someone that can help me logistically file and pay both my federal and Colorado taxes. Do we use mail or websites? Do I need accounts created?
